  Please use this form to provide the Public Relations Department with information on St. Ann events and programs for publication in the St. Ann Spirit (church bulletin) website and/or the local media. All items are subject to rewriting/editing/approval, and printed as space and budget allow. Bulletin inserts must be pre-approved by the Editorial Board and must fit within the bulletin’s pre-planned publishing schedule. Deadline: Monday at noon prior to Sunday edition.  Note: The 1st Sunday Spirit in January is a photos-only year in review issue.
Local Media –Include items to be considered for public media coverage (press releases, community reader boards, etc) outside the parish.  Items should be of interest to the community at large. Deadlines: vary. We encourage as much advance notice as possible. This will greatly help in ensuring adequate notice and pre- and post-event coverage (i.e. quotes, photos, etc).
